Step by step MS Outlook setup.

1)  Open your Outlook

2)  Click on Tools and select  "E-mail Accounts"

3)  Select "Add new e-mail account" Click on Next 

4)  Select "POP3" Click Next

5)  Fill the fields as shown

6) Click on "More Settings..."

7) Here you can name the Account, and you may add a different e-mail address to reply to

8) This is a must if you want to send e-mail, our mail server will not allow you to send without proper settings

Click on "outgoing server" 

9)  Click on Advanced and check if the ports are set:

POP : 110

SMTP: 25 or 587

must be set on 587 if you have dial-up service  

10) Click "OK"

11) you can click on test account than Finish
