download speeds to the subscriber are faster than upload speeds from the subscriber."> ADSL is running through Bell Canada, whereas ADSL2+ is indenpendent from Bell Canada.

This means no throtteling or any kind of traffic shapping from Bell Canada.

The only part which is still Bell Canada's property are the wires between the DSLAM and the your location.
